When to use?
- This tool is used during the planning stage of change, ideally after the desired state has been identified (during gap analysis)
- You may wish to refer to the video from the module ‘Managing Resistance’ to review the four main reasons that individuals resist change initiatives:
- They don’t understand the change
- They don’t like the impact of the change on them personally
- They don’t like the change
- They don’t like you (or those people they perceive as responsible for the change)
