When to use?
- This tool is used by managers and team leaders to intentionally understand their team’s culture, identify changes needed, and outline specific action steps to be taken
- Understanding an organization’s culture is helpful at any time; however, it is particularly useful during the analysis of the current state of the organization, which is typically identified during the gap analysis
